As part of the further development of the Fisheries Sustainability accreditation throughout the chain, this VV charge book was drawn up. It describes in detail the standards and rules that have to be followed by the operators in order to use the Fisheries Sustainability certification throughout the chain (from auction to consumer) and how these conditions are followed.
